 * Can you add a settings that lets us select which role user can see the Notes 
   on dashboard ?

 * Sure thing, this is something I can do. In your case, would it make more sense
   to have a series of checkboxes to check individual roles that can see the note,
   or to select the minimum role needed to see the note?
