Role selection not working

    logged in / out / everyone works fine, but selecting roles like administrator or customer does not. please advise

    The roles should appear when you select the “Logged in” radio button. If they do not, you probably have a javascript error in your page that is preventing the scripts from running properly. You can check your browser’s console log. You should try disabling all other plugins one at a time to see which might be causing the problem. If it’s not a plugin, it may be your theme and you should try switching to a default theme just to test.
