    I have just purchased the Silver Edition of this brilliant plugin. I have the following questions though:

    1. Can the role options become a dropdown rather than radio buttons on the form? Furthermore all role name fields are being displayed as follows “xyz_limited” rather than “XYZ Limited”. How can this be changed?

    2. I need to display results both on the Thank you page after submission and through e-mail so that the user can print out the details and sign the form for processing. How can this be achieved?

    Thank you for using our plugin and supporting its development by upgrading to Silver Edition.

    1. Which plugin are you using to create roles?

    2. A full fledged front end viewer submission tracking is in the works and will be available by middle of January. Unfortunately there is no quick solution to show submitted data to the user in current version of the plugin.

    Let me know if you have any other suggestions or request for features.

    2. As for question number 2 maybe I was not so clear with you. All I want to is to be able to send the submitted details not only to the administrator but to the user as well. Therefore I need to send the same Results email to the user too but not only to the administrator.
