 * Is it possible to give specific users the permission to use the plugin? (view/
   make invoice)
 * I make a website of a little orchestra, I want to give the user who is the financial-
   officier the permission to make and control the invoices.
    But no other users,
   and I don’t want to make him a administrator or something else.
