Role change issue

Hi,

I had two roles, one is “Members” and another “Inactive Members”. The “Members” have access to every page. the “Inactive Members” can only view one page called ‘memberstatus’.

I have a test-user and switched the test-user from “Members” to “Inactive Members” role and it worked well- I can only view ‘memberstatus’ page. However, when I switched back from “Inactive Members” to “Members” the test-user is stuck in the “Inactive Members” role. Even when I do a Purge SG Cache, the test-user, according to my dashboard is in “Members” role, cannot view any page except the ‘memberstatus’ page as if it is still in the “Inactive Members” role.
Deleting the “Inactive Members” role from UltimateMembers > User Roles did not work and the test-user seems to be stuck now being in a role that doesn’t exist.

What else can I do to return the test-role to “Members”?
