Hi! We are a small B2B in our City.
We are currently using a management software with almost 2000 products and two different costumers tiers.
We offer different discounts percentage for each product.
With a plugin we managed to “import” on WooCommerce all of our products with the two different prices for tiers in the fields “Regular” price and “Sale” price of the product page.
We also noticed your plugin -which is really good, you guys did a great job- and thought that could be the last piece of our big puzzle.
Since is really important for us to give different prices to different customers, we wanted to make sure with you if it was possible to manage and display, and also apply prices in this way:

Tier1 Customer -> Display and buy item with “Regular Price”
Tier2 Customer -> Display and buy item with “Sale Price”

Thank you so much in advance for your attention!

    Hi there,

If I’m not mistaken, you contacted us directly and we wrote you back about a day ago. Did you receive our email?

Values specified in WooCommerce Regular and Sale price fields will be displayed for regular users. There is no way to use one of those values to be user-specific prices. If you install WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew you will find an extra Role\User Pricing area where you can choose the user role (or user account) and set regular and sale prices that will be designated for those users – https://prnt.sc/ugypfkXqpCKU.

It’s not quite clear what plugin you use to import prices, but we have integration with regular WooCommerce Import\Export tool and WP All Import, you can use any of those to mass update prices on product level for specific roles. Here you can read more on how those features work: https://meow-crew.com/import-product-prices-by-user-roles-in-woocommerce.

Thank you so much for your answer!
I didn’t receive the email, even in the spam… That’s why i contacted you here. I’m very sorry!

By the way, our management software is “Danea Easyfatt” and the plugin is Danea Easyfatt Import/Export for WooCommerce.
So, with your plugin I can get access to extra user/role areas, but I have to set the price manually for each user role, which is kinda hard and difficult since we update everyday “regular” and “sale” prices in bulk with the management software “Danea Easyfatt” based on our supplier price changes.
    It’s very tricky…

Any possibility to make it work?
Thank you again for your amazing work.

    Well, that’s odd.

Af far as we understand Danea Easyfatt is some kind of your local ERP system and you use third party plugin for import data, yes?

Unfortunately, we don’t have plans to integrate with any other plugins for import\export purposes, since we already support for two major solutions – Woo Import\Export and WP All Import.

Anyway, if Danea Easyfatt Import/Export for WooCommerce plugin developers would consider adding more data streams to their integration (like prices for user roles), they can contact us and we will share the knowledge they need to import data properly.

    Exactly!

Understandable… I’ll take a look at the two Import/Export solutions supported to check if they meet our needs.

Thank you so much for your kindness and patience!

    Sure thing 🙂

In case Danea Easyfatt provides csv, xml, xlsx data export, you should definetly check out WP ALL Import, it’s super flexible and you can even set up cron job to pick up the data from some place (where export file stored) and auto-update prices periodically.

I’ll close the ticket for now, but don’t hesitate to open new in case you would have any questions.

    Cheers!
