It looks like the problem may be your recipe operator. For the “Go Live Vegas” recipe, everything is set to “AND, ” meaning every tag would need to be added to the episode.
For example when using the “AND” operator and you had “category 1”, “category 2” and “category 3”, you would only see videos with all 3 categories attached.
Try switching it to “OR”; that should fix the problem.
Ok I’ve switched it. Lets see if that fixed the problem.

It looks like you have episodes in multiple series. You can’t use episodes from one series in another series as it gives the duplicate ID error.
