    i could not get a clean install of Gantry with the new wordpress. I was using a Rockettheme. The only way i could upload the theme was using RocketLauncher.

    Rok plugins appear to be incompatible with WordPress at the moment. I contacted my website host about my slow-running site and they advised it was the Rok plugins. I then deactivated the plugins and site was fast again.
