I can reproduce it on testimonials by hitting the enter button instead of selecting and replacing the content.

I reinstalled Gutenberg 4.0.0 and it removed the issue, so it is in that plugin 🙂
I think you’re using Atomic Blocks (AB) and not our plugin 🙂
Yes, I realize that. I use both, but the problem was outside of either plugin 🙂
