 * I purchased Rocket Form. I cannot find this from plugins. Did it change to Uiforms?
   I am asking because I cannot create a new form because it hangs. Is it possible
   to get Uiforms? It looks just like Rocket Forms.

 * yes, it is the same. I changed the name “rocket forms” to “Uiform”. just download
   the uiform wordpress plugin and make a fresh install. then create your forms 
   again. there is no possible to restore forms from old version “rocket form” to
   uiform. let me know if you have any doubt.
