 * Edit: 4 years later – still impressed by how great this plugin is. Have just 
   used the auto-migrate feature (site to site copies) and it’s a breeze. One of
   the best investments I made!
   Takes the pain out of backing up and more importantly
   migrating sites from local dev to live servers. I’ve been using this for a few
   months now and it’s never let me down. Now it’s the first plugin I install when
   setting up new WordPress sites.
