# Robots.txt Location?

 * I am trying to change my robots.txt file to allow google to index my sitemap,
   but I cannot find it to amend it. In which directory is this file located?

   If it doesn’t exist you may have to create it

 * robots.txt is found at the root level of your domain. If you put one in a directory,
   the search engine robots will just ignore it.

 * If you don’t see it in the root open a text editor and create the file saving
   it as robots.txt and uploading it. It’s a fairly straightforward process. Just
