robots.txt file issue with Gogglebot

Hello,
I when I do a fetch and render in my Goggle console I have only been getting a partial. I am a real newbie at this so I’m not quite sure what do do about the following ‘High severity’ that comes up.

Googlebot couldn’t get all resources for this page. Here’s a list:

Any simplified assistance would be appreciated.
