• It’s now been three days since sending a short and simple PRE-PURCHASE email to the people at Robo Gallery and still no answer.

    I can only imagine what the support is like after you’ve paid for the plug-in.

    Disappointing.

    Sorry, to hear, but I guess, we didn’t get your email if you didn’t get reply after few days.
    Did you try to post ticket here: http://robosoft.co/new-ticket ? We have two main support sections where you can post your tickets, including pre-sale questions. One section in our member place section of the website, here: http://robosoft.co/new-ticket

    If you have some questions or problems please post ticket it’s gonna be more reliable then email. Emails could be banned or marked as spam or whatever… I’m afraid that we didn’t get your email because of some server problem. Sorry, but it’s happening sometimes.

    If you still have some questions feel free to contact our support team using some ticket system and I’m sure that we’ll help you to find solution in short time.
