# roblem with installing plugins

 * here’s what i did:
    1. i went to the admin dashboard, then click on Plug Ins>
   Add New 2. i searched for admin 3. now, beside each result, you can see the install
   button 4. i click on it, and a window appears. the problem is, it doesn’t contain
   anything, it’s empty!

 * This doesn’t happen before, but i wonder why this happens now.

 * Here are a few things to try:
 * 1. Try it in a different browser. If this resolves the issue, then the problem
   is browser-specific.
 * 2. Try deactivating all plugins before installing the new plugin. If this resolves
   the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
 * 3. Wait an hour or so, maybe the plugin catalogue is having a momentary glitch.

 * I agree that sounds and looks like a browser issue related to flash

 * thanks for your replies, i’ll try to uninstall and install an updated of my flash
   player

 * i saw the problem, it “interferes” with the transition plugin
