 * Last update from today broked down my website. I had to delete this plugin’s 
   folder over ftp to repair the website. I will never install it again.

 * Our sincere apologies for the trouble you experienced with the update.
 * We ran into some complications during the roll out of the update which caused
   some files not to sync correctly over SVN.
 * We did resolve this as soon as we became aware of it, and have in the meantime
   released multiple updates to ensure overall stability of the system.
 * We do hope you will try WP Live Chat Support again, as this is definitely not
   something which happens regularly and was entirely due to technical issues with
   the roll-out and not the core code of the plugin.
