As you can see from the myriad of positive reviews and answered support questions, we do in fact keep this plugin up to date. Actually, far more than most of the other free plugins in the repository.
To respond to your post, first – we haven’t heard from you in either the WordPress.org support forums, on our Github issue tracker or through the contact form on our site. It would have been wise to reach out for support before bashing our dedication to supporting this free plugin. You’ll also notice that I responded to this rating within 5 minutes of you posting it, which goes to show our dedication to support.
If you check the changelog, you’ll notice we update this plugin multiple times each month, especially when a user reports a major issue.
Sorry you had a poor experience using our plugin, in future please reach out for support so we can help diagnose whatever issue it is that your facing. We have included numerous locations within the plugin to reach out for help.
Hopefully you’ll see this post and give things another shot.
