  • I purchased the premium version and you were quick to take my $40 which is crazy expensive for what you’re giving! Visual Composer doesn’t even cost that much!I received an email telling me there was the plugin attached. Nope! No attachment plugin. What was attached? The invoice, of course! So, I try to download it from the plugin’s dashboard download button. It went to a white page with one word on it “Forbidden”. Finally, I emailed the author and there’s no answer. The author made sure the invoice is sent in a “no reply” email. Going to PayPal right now to get my money back. I am TIRED of these a-hole plugin authors selling premium crap that either doesn’t work, or even gets to you at all! Now watch…I’ll get a response now.

    The payment status is pending. How do you expect to download unless the payment status becomes “Completed”???

    I have just purchased the plugin and checked PayPal for confirmation of the completed payment which it has.

    I have not received an email with attachment though?

    @ jfigueroalee, all the payments’ status are Pending. Probably we have a problem about our paypal account. Now I have sent you an email.

    TO ALL POTENTIAL PREMIUM CUSTOMERS. READ MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS THUG FROM TURKEY

    2 days ago, I downloaded and installed WP Fastest Cache from author Emre Vona. I decided to purchase the premium version and bought it for $40 via Paypal. When the plugin download email came, there was no plugin attached, only the invoice. The email clearly stated:

    You can download the premium version on wp fastest cache panel or via attachment.
    Well, there was no attachment with the email, only an invoice. So, I went to the plugin backend panel to download it from there (also stated in the email) and the download link brought me to a dead page with the word “Forbidden” in the left corner.

    Since I have been scammed with online purchases in the past, defense mode kicked in. I immediately sent the author an email asking where my purchase was, and that if I didn’t receive it within the hour, I would be placing a refund request with PayPal. I had a deadline to meet and I was willing to purchase another plugin that does the same as WPFC. I never received an answer, so I proceeded to start a dispute with Paypal and went to the plugin page to leave a review warning others I was being ripped off.

    While I was there, I decided to take a look at the reviews from others to see how the author handled their complaints. I was appalled at what I saw. Being a business woman myself, I couldn’t believe how abusive and nasty he gets with people. Any person who was unhappy with either his plugin or attitude, he called them names. Here’s a few of his replies:

    ungrateful and miserable!

    I have already added this information on the plugin page. Have you ever made a IQ test before?

    you are just a beginner.

    If you look at these reviews, you will see many problems with the way he deals with people. Now back to my problem…

    The next morning I received a few emails from him. One email told me to “Piss off, we will pay you back”

    (here’s where it gets crazy illegal)

    The other email said:
    I published a post about you.

    He went and published a blog post on his own website with:
    MY PHOTO!
    MY FULL NAME!
    MY FULL ADDRESS!
    MY LINKEDIN ACCOUNT URL
    MY PAYER ID # FROM PAYPAL!

    and then he makes a remark at the end implying I am stupid.

    ALL THIS BECAUSE I WANTED A REFUND AND LEFT A BAD REVIEW!

    The reason for the plugin not being attached was because this “punk” lives in Turkey, so the payment didn’t go through immediately, like the hundreds of other purchases I have made. It was pending, but there was no way for me to see that. Also, he should have had a notice in his email that states “If the plugin you purchased is not attached or not available in the backend, it’s most likely due to the fact your payment is still pending. Please allow 24 hours for the payment to process”

    Either way, there is NO excuse for his behavior! I have sent him a Cease and Desist letter in an email and he still has the post up. My next move will be to contact the Internet Crime.gov website, since what he is doing is slander and harassment and totally illegal.

    Now today, I received another email from him trying to blackmail me.

    Take a look at the url. There is another customer who asked me about the same problem normally. and I replied and solved the problem quickly.

    I am not afraid of any diplomatic way 🙂 Don’t worry, I remove the post about you after he removes the review. If he cannot remove the review, he can converts the review from 1* to 5*.

    SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFO DISPLAYED IN PUBLIC, OR BE BLACKMAILED BY A THUG FROM TURKEY, THEN STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLUGIN!

    @dalooch, why it’s so important that he is from Turkey? Do you thing every Turkish people are like him? We’re not! Stop making statements like “Thug from Turkey” and etc. please.

    BTW you should educate yourself about opening tickets. I’m not defending Emre Vona but I checked your other messages and saw that you have a bad/negative attitude towards plugin/theme developers. You can be nice when you ask something, right? All I saw was lots of threats…

    And @emrevona, dude you suck at customer support. If you can, please leave that part of your business to professionals or someone else. You’re hurting your own brand value.
