    You’re saying that our support is inexistent.

    This is completely not true and unfair.

    As you can see here: https://wp-customerarea.com/support/ there’s a lot of activity on our support forum. Did you already ask something there? I really don’t understand why you’re saying that the support is inexistent. Could you please point a link of the support request you posted so I can check what happened on your thread? Did you even post on our forums? I’m just wondering because all our support tickets about issues always get resolved.

    Then, I don’t see how the personalization could be limited when we have templates for each part of the area and more than 500 hooks and filters. This is way much that most of the plugin on the market.

    We have dedicated support forums, where you can search and/or post an issue (publicly, or privately). Those forums are already sending us notifications email, and provide all the required tools to help your issue being resolved (attachments, code highlighters, forums search, private tools, and really more).

    Vincent and I are working on the support forums. We don’t work by email, because in this way, we are missing the required tools to helps you. Also, contacting us by email means contacting us one by one, which will not help you to resolve your issue.

    We take a look here like once by month to check if there are lost reviews here. I sincerely apologize that I didn’t see your support request here. Please consider posting on our support forums, and not on the WP plugins directory. We work every day and every hour of the day on our dedicated support forum, but not on the WP directory, which is just an occasional task. We are missing tools here that do no help us to provide the required assistance.

    Don’t worry, WP Customer Area is one of the most flexible plugins. Everything is customizable by code, by templates, by hooks and filters (more than 450 hooks & filters available).

    Do you want to remove the whole private-page feature or only the recent block page?

    If you want to deactivate the whole private-pages features, this can be done in settings -> WP Customer Area -> Private pages.

    If you want to deactivate the recent pages block, it can be hidden by CSS, or you can edit the associated template (see our template editing documentation first, please): https://wp-customerarea.com/documentation/the-template-system/

    The template that displays the recent pages on the dashboard is located here: customer-area/src/php/core-addons/customer-private-pages/templates/customer-private-pages-content-dashboard.template.php.

    The only thing that you need to do to remove the recent pages block is to copy this file to wp-content/customer-area/templates (warning: I did not say wp-content/plugins/customer-area/templates), and then remove the content of the file, except the PHP block comment at the top of it.

    False. The all-addon bundle costs 230€ for a single site license.

    You can compare this price with some premium plugins and their extensions (woo-commerce and extensions, EDD & extensions, and so on… ), you’ll be surprised about our low prices.

    I see that you re-considered your review.

    I just wanted to thank you for that, because we have a lot of users that write bad reviews just to make us move faster, or just because they felt angry for some reasons. And then, even if we fix their issue, or refund them, they never re-consider their review. So, thank you very much, this is appreciated.

    In your case, I sincerely apologize for not having seen your issue earlier. We are guilty of this one. We should take a look more often on the WP plugins directory to see if some people post some issues there, and surely, we will. Do not hesitate to now post on our main support forums, where you’ll see some more activity and reactivity 🙂
