Right/Left align not working on posts | WordPress.org

Cool theme! I am checking right/left align for my homepage posts (full view, not preview) and they are all left-aligning. I am guessing from experience that this is user error–but I’m dashed if I can figure out what user error it is! Thanks in advance for any help!

I’m using the free theme. On the posts, I have set half to left align and half to right.
Post titled:
Modeled in AppDesigner: Right is checked
Maybe I don’t understand what this feature is doing?!?!
