Right sidebar in Admin

    Would be good if the Right Navigation area on widgets.php would default to the open state when the page is loaded, at least optionally. Currently, the Left Nav area always defaults to open.

    I’m using beta 3b1. That’s also how it is in 2.9.2.

    Also, is there a whatsnew file for version 3? Thanks!

    I’m new to WP, but I’m really liking it!
