Right side bar goes down when logged out

Hi guys,
A quite easy thing: when I am loggedin into my WP admin panel, the Blog right side bar is correctly positioned as I want in the right side.
But then, when I log out, for no visible reason, the side bar goes down the page after the blog post.
??? weird.

I deactived all third party plugins and it corrected the side bar problem. Then I did it one by one to identidfy which plugin, and it is this one:
Anti-Spam by CleanTalk
https://wordpress.org/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/

So I disactivated it but now I don’t what I should do since it is a useful plugin.
And I am receiving a lot of spams now!!

I might need to clear the cache of this plugin, but do not know how to do that.

Hi,
Sure.
The theme is the famous The7, version: 11.12.0, by Dream-Theme .
And the plugin is Classic Widgets.

ps: Right now I have to deactivate CleanTalk and it enters a lot of spams.
