Right left margins are uneditable

The 4 questions (advanced headings and paragraphs) on this page are too wide: https://spinemusclejoint.com/auto-accident/. This is the only page that has this issue. Look at the question “What Is The HCG” on this page to see what the right left margins should look like: https://spinemusclejoint.com/medical-weight-loss/hcg/
The first two questions (“How Soon After…” and “How Will Doctors…”) are not in a section. I tried putting the other 2 questions (“What Can I…” and “Are Same-Day”) in a section to see if that would help, but they still are way too wide.
I noticed “nv-content-wrap entry-content” and “nv-single-page-wrap col” classes for the divs that contain the “”What Is The HCG” header and paragraph so I tried adding them in the “Additional CSS class(es)” section, but it did not change anything.
I went to advanced settings to edit the Right Left margin for the Advanced Headings but they were disabled: https://prnt.sc/v37356
I think I am taking the wrong approach. I appreciate any help!

Thank you. I had to create a section with one column. I changed its width to wide instead of full. It wasn’t clear how to add more than one element so I duplicated one item and changed its type e.g Header to Paragraph. I then moved the element to the bottom of the section.
