Right IP Wrong Location

    Hello,
    For some reason WF is showing the right IP address to us but wrong location name? Not sure how this is happening but can we fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To confirm if your IP is indeed correct, you can view it on here and compare it to what Wordfence is telling you https://whatismyipaddress.com/

    It may also display a different location if you are using a VPN.

    GeoIP tracking isn’t a perfect science. You might speak with your host about the IP to see if it’s a proxy, firewall or something similar’s IP.
