Right choice for call scheduling plugin

There are several scheduling and shared calendar plugins out there, but I’m looking for the best one to allow the following workflow. Can anyone make a recommendation?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

1. Member A searches and finds another member they want to speak with.
2. Member A clicks into Member B’s profile and selects an option to schedule a call.
3. Member A views a calendar showing Member B’s available time blocks and select an open block.
4. Member B gets a notification that Member A has selected a block and can add it to their calendar (for example, Google Calendar).
5. Member A gets a notification and can add it to their calendar.

The plugin must also support scheduling changes from either party. As a bonus, the plugin would also allow Member A to pay Member B based on Member B’s hourly rate.
