Right and Left Sidebar

    Hi, I use this theme for my website. I really like it. But is there any way to add right and left sidebar to this theme? Since i would prefer to put widget like latest posts in this area.
    I really appreciate it if you could give me some guidelines to do it since i just started using wordpress.
