Rich Pin Validation Error in Pinterest

    I cannot get my URL validated with Pinterest for Rich Pins. I have the Yoast SEO Plugin for WordPress activated and have my website verified with Pinterest, but when I try to plug one of my blog post URLs in the Pinterest Rich Pin Validator it says, “! It looks like your URL is missing some required info. Please check the documentation and add anything that’s missing.” I know there are meta tags that need to be in my website but I thought that is what the Yoast SEO plugin did. I have Open Graph Meta Data checked in the social section of SEO settings and have converted from a personal to business Pinterest account. I have looked through every support forum and article to fix the problem on my own and I have tried every suggestion but have still not been able to find anything that works to get my URLs validated for rich pins.
