RHTML editor stripping color code

Every time I try and get to like the RHTML editor in 2.0, I am let down. I copied an article from another blogger, with permission, that uses allot of colors in his articles. I paste it into the editor and everything looks just like on the blog. Then I publish it and all color code was stripped from the post. When I do it manually in the RHTML editor with just color it works, but if I add bold to the color, it reverts to black bold.

Why is 2.0 stripping code in the editor?
