 * Hi! Is it in the roadmap for Accepted quotes to automatically create a Woocommerce
   order with Pending Payments and send that Pay For Order (native Woocommerce)
   link to the customer? That would be really helpful and enable me to manage customer
   quotes E2E in the dashboard.

 * Hi,
 * Great timing — most of this already works today, and the rest is on our roadmap.
 * When a quote is **accepted**, the plugin already creates a native **WooCommerce
   order automatically in “Pending payment”** status, with all the line items and
   totals copied over and the order linked back to the quote. So the order side
   of your E2E flow is already in place.
 * The one piece not yet automated is **sending the customer the native “Pay for
   Order” link** on acceptance — that’s exactly what we’re adding next. The plan
   is to trigger WooCommerce’s built-in order/invoice email (which contains the
   native Pay-for-Order button) the moment the order is created, plus an admin option
   to **“Accept & send payment link”** so you can drive the whole thing from the
   dashboard.
 * I’ll follow up here as soon as that update ships. Thanks for the great suggestion—
   it’s exactly the direction we want the quote workflow to go.
 * Best regards,
   CodeAtoZ Team

 * Hi [@jmeclayton](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jmeclayton/),
 * Quick update — this is now **live in version 1.3.0**, which we just released.
   Please update the plugin (Dashboard → Plugins → Updates) to get it.
 * Here’s the full end-to-end flow you described, working out of the box:
    1. When a quote is **accepted**, the plugin automatically creates a native **WooCommerce
       order in “Pending payment”** status with all the line items and totals.
    2. The customer is then **automatically emailed WooCommerce’s native “Pay for Order”
       link**, so they pay through your normal checkout/gateways — no custom payment
       flow.
    3. You can also drive it entirely from the dashboard: open the quote and click **“
       Accept & Send Payment Link”** to create the order and send the payment email
       on demand.
 * There’s a setting too — **Settings → RFQ & Quotes → “Send Payment Link on Acceptance”**(
   on by default) — if you ever want to create the order without auto-emailing the
   link.
 * While we were at it, we packed a few more free features into 1.3.0 that you might
   find useful:
    - **Edit quote line items in the admin** — change unit prices and quantities,
      add or remove products, and apply a discount, with totals recalculated automatically.
    - **Quick Order by SKU** — add the `[catoz_b2b_quick_order]` shortcode to any
      page so buyers can enter multiple SKUs + quantities and add them all to the
      cart in one click.
    - **Minimum order requirements** — set a store-wide minimum cart total and/or
      item count before checkout (Settings → Wholesale Pricing).
    - **Volume-pricing table** on the product page now shows a “You Save” discount-%
      column for each quantity tier.
 * That gives you the complete quote-to-payment cycle managed from the dashboard,
   exactly as you asked. Thanks again for the suggestion — it directly shaped this
   release. If anything doesn’t behave as expected after updating, just reply here
   and we’ll take a look.
 * Best,
   mhhv
