# RewriteEngine not allowed here

 * I tried changing the PermaLink structure. mod_rewrite is enabled under Apache
   on my server. However, after the .htaccess file was created, the next thing that
   occurred was that I got server errors. The error log says:
 * …/vlb/wordpress/.htaccess: RewriteEngine not allowed here
 * What do I need to know?
