Rewrite title for special archive template

Hello.

I am using a custom archive template to display search results for the Search and Filter plugin. This archive is not included in any of the tabs in the WordPress SEO “Titles & Meta” settings, and therefore the title is currently defaulting to “Blog.”

Is there any way to change the title of an archive not included in the WordPress SEO settings?
