Rewiew per product or per order?

    Hi,
    I have two questions:
    1. I assume reviews are per product, not per order. What will happen if the same customer order the same product – does she/he will be invited to another review of the product?
    2. Coupons for reviews: are they autogenerated by the plugin and are unique per review?

    Hi,

    1. If you ask about review request then it’s per order. You can choose how many emails will be sent to the client with multiple products in the same order.
    2. Coupons are not automatically generated by the Plugin, you should generate coupons. We are planning to do an update with auto-generated coupons option in triggers.
