I would also like to add a video layer to my revolution slider, if i choose “add layer: video” it asks me for the ID of the video, even if i put a valid ID,it returns : Video not found! Not sure why this is the case when the video is live and running on youtube.

Hmm. I just tried the link and the id and both worked. Seems like yours might not be linking with you tubes api. Try a different video to test.

You can just add the link you don’t have to use the id.

What version of the slider do you have installed? Are you using the premium theme? do you have the latest version?

I am having exactly the same issue. Neither link or id works. Has anyone resolved this. My version of RS is 4.1.4.

Hey Mike MG,
The revolution slider is now running on version 5.0. Try updating and see if that doesn’t fix.
In the future please start a new topic and provide a link.
