I have to believe that the tabs and whatnot are javascript powered, and somewhere something is causing a javascript error in your post editor screen. JS errors, by nature, can tend to break the execution of the rest of the page. Each section at the bottom of the post should be in a tab. However the plugin is overriding this. The only way to > prevent this at the moment is to disable the enqueue within the plugin.
