@banch3v Thanks for getting in touch on the forum! This is the best place to get the support you need.

I’ve resolved this issue – your Structured Data is only placed on your Front Page.

You can see it is valid through the Schema Markup Validator (Local Business).

According to Schema.org, this data is advised to be placed once within the website – so this is usually ideally placed on the front page (or home page).

If you want to overwrite the page where Structured Data is placed, you can do this by editing the option to match the ID of the page (the Post_ID) in the wp_options table – search for google_business_reviews_rating_structured_data. For your specific page mentioned here, please use the ID: 22831.

I hope this helps explain how Structured Data works, specifically with the overall business reviews.

Great! Thank you. It is obviously my bad. I will correct my review!

Hi. I was wondering instead of overwriting the page, can I play structured data in all of the pages I have reviews?

@banch3v There is a special Shortcode parameter that allows you to place this in the head across the website… but it isn’t officially recommended. With the overall business review, it is stated to only have it once per location/business instance in a website. Usually, this means placing it on the home page.

I am really impressed how fast your replies are. Kudos for that.

Kudos for you expertise, as well!

Thank you for the information. Perhaps, would you mind sharing the official statemnt about the markup for one page?

@banch3v In the main settings, it does say “Enable and insert Structured Data on the front page.” Mentioning the front page does imply it appears there and only there. Adding more information about this could be an option, but I’m trying to minimise the clutter here – sometimes adding explanations throughout dilutes those parts that really need an explanation.
