Thanks for trying our plugin!
Do you have any reviews in your shop?
Hello! Thx for your answer)
No, only your plugin
Hmm, if you don’t have any reviews, then the shortcode has nothing to show. Can you please post at least one review for testing purposes?
Reviews written about 20 posts, but they are displayed for each product. I also need that they were still displayed on the separate page that now it is impossible. If necessary, I can provide access to the admin panel. Thank you!
Sharing login details is not the best security practice.
Can you please provide additional information?
1. A screenshot of “Review Extensions” tab in the plugin settings
2. A screenshot of the page where you put the shortcode (in edit mode)
3. A link to a product that has at least one review on your site

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.
Can you please try to temporary switch to one of the standard WordPress themes (e.g., Twenty Seventeen) and see if the shortcode will work?
Hello!
No, doesn’t work on Twenty Seventeen theme
Checked on another site and understood why does not display. When the product is available on the site, and no one bought it, but left a review – then they are shown on a separate page. As soon as the product is purchased, and with stocks =0 it disappears from the site, then it hides and reviews. BUT! On the basis of this product, by duplicating, we create others (a different color or range, and it turns out that the reviews do not appear from the old, on the basis of which made a double product. How can I account for this point and make sure that I show all approved reviews for all products, even if they are not available, or they are removed from sale?
The shortcode displays all reviews (technically, WP comments) that have “approve” status and correspond to products (technically, WP posts) with “publish” status.
Can you please check in your DB what are statuses of comments and posts corresponding to reviews that aren’t being shown?
I haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that you you either not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
