Reviews display fine on desktop but don’t show up at all on mobile. I am checking with both Firefox and Safari on an iPhone, and the page is blank where the reviews should be.

Hello, I encounter the same problem. I cannot see the widget on mobile or desktop either. I double checked the embedded code, the plugin version and purged the cache, but nothing happened.
The widgets are visible just when I am logged in WP.
Okay, I found the problem on my site. The code wouldn’t display on mobile when in a column less than full width. I use the Avada theme and had the code in a 2/3 left-hand column with a form in a 1/3 column to the right. This worked fine on desktop but not mobile. I made another container that displays on mobile only and added the code in a single full-width column, and that worked.
That is why I chose to insert it in the additional content, before the footer. Anyway, it seems to me that the reviews are not displaying correctly just after the latest WP and plugin updates.
I found out the issue: on the Page speed optimiser plugin by SiteGround I had to deactivate the last two options. After that, the reviews displayed correctly on the frontend.
Anyway, it would be great if you could verify why the combination of “Defer JS view block” and the reviews widget were not working when active. I would like to reactivate this option.
