[Reviews not pulling] Facebook Error

    Dear developpers,

    From the backend, when I try to get reviews (Retrieving Facebook reviews from your Aime page and saving them to your WordPress database…) nothing is done.
    When I check the console, I have the following error :

    “Error 101: can not get reviews from Facebook. FB response:
    (#200) Access to this data is temporarily disabled for non-active apps or apps that have not recently accessed this data due to changes we are making to the Facebook Platform. https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/205942813488872/”

    My FB app is enabled..!
    Can you help me please ?

    Sorry I can’t help at the moment. Facebook is undergoing some major changes for their APIs. They haven’t even said when they will be turning them back on. Even though they allow you to create FB apps, they are blocking the page ratings call. However, I am trying to code a workaround, but I don’t have it ready at the moment.

    Version 4.1 has a backup method that should grab the reviews if the API get’s blocked.
