    I exported my reviews from one website and imported them into another website. Both using your plugin. During the import i got this message: “Basic version supports only ‘,’ as delimiter. Your file’s delimiter seems to be unsupported.”

    So for some reason the default export format is not compatible with the default import format…

    I resaved the fil as a comma seperated CSV (even though it already was one), that removed the error message, but every single review failed to upload. Every line looks like this:
    1 Not parsed Not parsed No comment content set for new product reviews.

    Hi @warcher,

    This version of the plugin only supports importing CSV files having a comma(,) as the delimiter. If you have edited the CSV file after exporting it in your spreadsheet application then the delimiter might have changed to a different symbol other than a comma which caused the issue. Please make sure that you have saved the CSV file with a comma delimiter and use the default column header names.

    If the issue persists please share your importing CSV file after removing user details from it.

    Hello,

    I only edited the file to try make it work,, and I specifically saved it with a comma delimiter. HOever looking at this again im not sure the export is working properly. When i opened it in excel the text looks like this:

    etc. Not sure why that happened?

    That worked! ok i guess Excel is just not built for using this format.
