I dont think the reviews are meant to be in two columns, its silly.

Though it could be settings or plugins but tried it all.

I switched themes (5 different) without touching the plugins and it fixed it. When I switch back to Blocksy it comes back.

With Blocksy active, I switched all plugins off and it fixed it.

If I turn WooCommerce on by itself the problem comes back.

Anyway, its the only bug left and at this point Im willing to add any code to get it to display 1 column but thats not my area, help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @albertoinbox

    Thanks for reaching out!

I am quite confused by your request. Could you please confirm if you want to display the reviews in one column only?

If so, I checked the link you shared above and I can see that the reviews are displayed in one column here:

Otherwise, if we’re not on the same page, kindly provide further details and a screenshot for clarification here.

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Looking forward to your response here. Cheers!

Hello xue28, thanks for your reply.

That is the correct page, if you look closely you will see that the phrase “Only logged in customers who have…” appears aligned to the top in a second column on the right, when in reality this phrase was supposed to show below the last review.

In other words, the reviews should be as wide as the website (full width) and not “squeezed” to the left with a white column on the right side.

If you check he same page on a phone you will see that it is displayed correctly, probably because it gets squeezed to the bottom since the display is very narrow.

I hope I was able to help, if not, just let me know and I will give you a screenshot, no problem.

    Thanks again,

    Alberto.

    Hello @albertoinbox,

I checked your site and the reviews are as wide as they are and in the middle as you want them to be.

I’m not sure if you’ve figured it out or if I’m not understand this properly, can you please elaborate?

Hi, thank you for pitching in.

Actually I posted the same issue to the theme support (blocksy) and someone there gave me a css that fixed it.

If you would really like to check it I can disable it since the website hasn’t been released yet. You can have a preview from xue28s post above.

Let me know if you would like to work on it or let it be, I’d be glad to help.

    Thanks

In that case, the problem was probably caused by your theme in the first place. If you want to confirm this, you can switch to the Storefront theme.

If the reviews are still not rendering properly with our theme then please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to take a look. Otherwise, you can keep things as it is. 🙂

    Cheers!
