Hi , I would like to use this awesome plugin but when I am connecting to m settings ,after putting my API Key (restricting it like you wrote) and my place ID , I need to wait a long time to see the setting mode with the preview.

There is 5 review imported but no one appearing in the preview , sometimes yes sometimes no whether I am playing with the settings, when I click Save it all gone on the refresh .

PS: I like to say that the demo mode work well in all cases

@raphbellahsen That sounds like quite an odd situation you have there!

Please can you drop me a message by email – wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com and I’ll see what I can do to isolate this issue and provide a fix for you.

@raphbellahsen within your website’s dashboard, are you finding it takes time to load new pages there? If so, there may be an issue with your connection to the Web server or another plugin or theme is slowing down the response. Each time you view the updated preview it needs to load all the HTML again and if each request is getting delayed it may appear quite unresponsive.

For the email, please try again by interpreting the even words as symbols, take out the spaces: wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com. And don’t type out into the forum because I’d prefer to avoid it being added to spam lists.

No I dont really found any latence , the real issue is after I reset all the setting , the new page setting with the preview displaying without nothing on it ( not even the title )

By the way I Sent you a email, I can share with you a video of the problem

    Thanks again for the help

@raphbellahsen Thanks, I did receive the email. A video would be great if you can send this through easily – if the size is over 20MB, I recommend using wetransfer.com or similar.

I’ll drop you an email shortly.

@raphbellahsen I think your problem is caused by the database collation. The emoticons are causing it to fail when the data is saved – a known bug in the WordPress maybe_serialize() function.

Please enable “Clean Retrieved Data” in the main setup tab and try again.
