We have checked on our website and there’s no problem. Please check again on your website, by deactivating all other plugins, only leave the WooCommerce plugin and ours. As we checked on your website the last time. It was an interface of another plugin, the rating count was also incorrect. It could be an error not from our plugin only. You can check by using another plugin with the same feature of customizing review and rating counts, to locate the problem.
