Hello I have installed the plugin form maker for to collect the feedback from customer, but I will want to view all the reviews at the new page. You can look the form on footer of site.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Dear friend, you can publish all submissions on any page/post you want.

When inserting a shortcode, please just select “Submissions” not form maker.
