    Hello,

    My reviews are not automatically refreshed. Why ?
    How can i resolve this problem ?

    Hi @elelya,

    Please send the following information to support[at]richplugins.com that we can start investigating the issue:

    1. Link to your Google place on a Google map;
    2. Your Place ID;
    3. Several screenshots where I can look at the issue;
    4. Debug information from the page: WordPress Settings / Google Reviews Widget / Advance’s tab.
