    Hello,

    according to the overview I have 10 reviews on my website, 8 of them published and 2 pending. However, only one review is displayed in the overview, all others have somehow disappeared.
    Can you tell me why this is and how I can restore the old reviews?

    Hi @ellabtz,

    Can you please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?

    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme.

    Hi,

    thanks for your message.
    Just activated the troubleshooting mode, apparently the problem is with my plugin “WPML Multilingual CMS”.
    However, it worked before and my new reviews are displayed.
    What can I do about it?

    Please go to Testimonials > and click on ‘All languages’ to display the testimonials from all languages.
    If this does not work, then it most likely means testimonials do not have a default language set/translation.
    As far as I know, there needs be a translation for every language, but I am not very familiar with the WPML plugin because it’s a premium plugin and I cannot test with it. My recommendation would be to reach out to the support team of that plugin so they can provide instructions on how to add a language to testimonials.
