    I had originally jumped the gun and given this plugin a bad review. This morning I spoke with Jason Ohare and he took the time to explain a few things. This plugin does more than just chat and the chat side is free. If you are having issues with the chat coming through to your phone there are several things to check. First check that you have no restrictions on Facebook as far as demographic restrictions. Second, check that you have the business app for Messenger/Facebook. Using regular messenger will produce results just when friends use it. The conversation will appear split or the text inputted into the website and into Messenger directly will be separate. Third, check your phone for any noise restrictions like a priority level or sound alert being limited. I am going to reset this plugin and test it some more.
