Review text not showing

    I have the full paid version of the plug-in, customers are putting reviews but all I am getting is the number of stars, non of the customer text. I have a custom theme, but reviews entered directly on the website work fine without issue, only reviews that come as a result of the email from the plug-in come in blank

    Regarding your problem, can you please let me know if you can see reviews (with text) in the admin backend?

    Regarding your question, I am not getting any text in the admin back end.
