 * I just installed **Customer Reviews for WooCommerce** plugin (free version). 
   I am trying to add a logo and add some text and links to the review email. It
   says _Form ‘test’ could not be saved to the table ‘wordpress\_\_cr\_local\_forms’_.
 * If this can be done please explain clearly what I need to do because I am not
   that experienced when it comes to templates.
 * I just think that the generic email that comes with he plugin is too basic.
