We have struggled for some time attempting to get a user friendly and accurate shipping calculator for our web store and had failed miserably until we found table rate shipping. It was extremely easy to load and use. We then found we could increase our useability by purchasing pro. I should imagine most sites wouldn’t require pro, but in our circumstance, we needed to upgrade. The customer service provided by the company was something to behold. I thoroughly recommend both products and the company.
