Preferably not (as we have 6000 reviews and the re-synch process takes about 45 minutes). Although if this is my only option, i can do it tomorrow morning (when web traffic is lowest). Let me know if you want me to try this.
You also have my wp-admin login credentials if you want to check the site/issue.

ok i have deactivated, then reactivated. Some pages it displays (ex. working on this page now: https://www.avalongolf.co/product/performance-golf-joggers-ii-black/
but not working on this page: https://www.avalongolf.co/product/tour-lite-rope-golf-hat-in-blue/ (reviews not actually even displaying).
I believe there is some bigger, underlying issue. Please help!
